- Do you have full rights for the music? You must own and control 100% of the copyright in both the composition and master recording.
- Is your music exclusively available?
We do not accept any music on a nonexclusive basis. We will require exclusivity on all tracks. - Is your music free of 3rd party rights?
Make sure you are not under an exclusive agreement with another publisher, and the music is clear for use in any web platform, including YouTube monetization.
